Host Westerville South fell to Olentangy Orange 80-73, dropping their record to 2-4. Orange improved to 4-2. Orange comfortably controlled the first three quarters of the game behind strong guard play. South netted 29 points in the 4th quarter, cutting a 19 point deficit to 3 points but came up short in the end due to solid free throw shooting by Orange. Bryson Lane led Orange in scoring with 22 points with backcourt mate Andre Irvin contributing 20 points. Luke Ballinger also pitched in 15 points for Orange. Jordan McMillian came into the game averaging 20 points for South and ended the night with 22 points. Manny Sunnyway posted a season high 18 points for South, keying the late rally.
