The ladies Wildcat Swimming & Diving team dominated over Big Walnut, Olentangy Berlin, and Worthington Christian in their final meet of the regular season. The Wildcats won 8 individual events and 2 relays. Leading the Wildcats were Taylor Henderson (winning the 50 and 100 freestyle), Emily Ellsworth (winning the 100 Fly and 100 Back), Cassidy Carter (winning the 200 Individual Medley and the 500 Freestyle), and Caroline Bowling (winning the 200 Freestyle and placing 2nd in the 100 Fly). The 200 Medley (Ellsworth, Stacey, Bowling, and Henderson) and the 400 Freestyle Relay (Henderson, Bowling, Ellsworth, Stacey) also took first place overall.

Maeve Stacey showed her versatility as she earned a 2nd place finish in the diving competition with a season best performance and also a first place finish in the 100 Breaststroke. The diving competition was won by Worthington Christian’s Lena Morgan who set a new pool record in the event.

Freshman Alli Tinkham had an exceptional meet earning 3rd place in both the 200 Freestyle and the 500 Freestyle. Freshman Laura Arn placed 2nd in the 200 IM with an outstanding performance.

Hannah Garret, Rheygyn Carr, Tamara Butacevic, and Chloe Coss all had significant time drops in the JV 100 Freestyle.

The Wildcats are looking very strong headed into the first round of the OHSAA Tournament next week with the Sectional meet at Kenyon.
