Warmest Greetings Wildcats!

As the school year comes to an end, the summer conditioning season begins for the 2020 Cross Country Wildcats!  Below you will find links to our general summer training information, including contact information for the head coaches, and monthly training calendars.  Each day of the calendar has several mileage goals listed according to the overall summer mileage goals we have established for different groups of runners based on age and experience.  Those groups are explained in the information sheet.  We start on Tuesday, May 26, so get ready and get excited!

As of today (May 22, 2020) we are awaiting official guidance regarding the announcement yesterday from Governor DeWine that school facilities can reopen on Tuesday, May 26.  Plan on conditioning on your own next week, but we should have more information for you by the end of the week.

PLEASE sign up on final forms, even if you are not 100% sure you are going to run!  Email communication via final forms is the easiest and most efficient way to send information to athletes and parents.  The link is included in the information sheet. All updates regarding summer training will be shared via Final Forms email and posted here on the athletic department website.

We are looking forward to a productive summer of building fitness and developing a strong team bond, and are very excited about the season ahead of us this fall!  Please don’t hesitate to contact either head coach with any questions!
